Receptionist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and ensure they are welcomed in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and handle inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate party.
• Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle copying and scanning documents and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all team members to ensure cohesive operations.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office and Google Drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
