Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and ensure they are welcomed in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and handle inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate party.
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle copying and scanning documents and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all team members to ensure cohesive operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office and Google Drive.
