Receptionist

Shady Acres Pet Ranch in Round Rock, TX is currently seeking to hire receptionists who have a desire to work and interact with pets in a fun, engaging work environment.

Located on 3 beautiful acres of Brushy Creek frontage, under the cool shade of 100 year old oak trees… This is a boarding facility unlike anything you’ve seen before.

Major Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer the phone and make appointments.
• Give tours
• Check in/out boarders, daycare, and grooms.
• Answer questions about fees and policies.
• Call Veterinary clinics for vaccination information.
• Call clients to remind them about appointments.
• Helping pet owners with their pets.
• Recording pet feeding, medication, elimination and behavior
• Providing pets with TLC
• Housekeeping duties throughout the facility

Beginning pay is $13-$16 per hour depending on experience and energy brought to the workplace. This rate will be communicated along with other factors enhancing pay during the interview.

This position is for 15-35 hours per week. Multiple shift options are available.
