JobSummary — The Receptionist’s primary responsibilities are to greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls.
The Receptionist is responsible and accountable for:
- Maintaining front lobby area and making it a welcoming area for guests by keeping the desk clear/clean and keeping the lobby clean and free from clutter
- Delivering excellent customer service by having a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Greeting, monitoring, announcing and logging visitors
- Maintain CIH driver and vehicle list for insurance company
- Answering and routing calls in a timely manner to the correct individual
- Managing office supply inventory
- Reviewing purchase order acknowledgements and attaching in Opening Suite
- Assisting with receivables by faxing past due sales order invoices to customers
- Opening and distributing mail and faxes in a timely manner
- Mail/email monthly customer statements
- Other administrative duties as assigned

- Using office equipment to complete tasks
- Timely and professional correspondence through email
- Ordering and managing inventory
- Receiving and sorting mail
- Continuous productivity under pressure and able to multitask
- Ability to use office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, mailing equipment, etc..)
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- No issue with repetitive use of fingers and hands and moving up to 20lbs.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
