Job Title: Weekend Receptionist - Long Term Care Community

Position Type: Part-Time, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and personable Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the Weekend Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our community, providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff. This role is vital to ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Answer phone calls and assist callers with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a neat and orderly reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Provide assistance to residents with inquiries or requests
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email)
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming attitude at all times
