Summary:
Responsible for Engaging and motivating team members while setting and meeting company goals and objectives. Candidate eager and driven with aspirations of advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Flow of day-to-day operations to meet on time delivery and achieve Safety, Quality and Production KPI's.
- Able to Communicate clear direction to team members.
- Manage performance and team accountability to KPI's:
- Issue Level 1 & 2 of disciplinary process
- Design and implement rotations plan that align with Safety Core initiatives.
- Establish SMART Goals for new Hires and Develop training timelines based on Team Members capabilities.
- Manage Hour-By-Hour board, conduct effective team Huddles, and ability to prepare effective pass downs.
- Conduct daily Audits that are key to KPI's.
- Drive accountable actions for change
- Ownership of the SOS process (Standard Work)
- New Hire training and introduction
- Quarterly re-certification
- Self-Motivated to ensure Team is set up for success at start up and end of day.
- Schedule flexibility to support projects and training as needed.
- Ability to lead and cross train in multiple areas
- Backup Supervisor for PTO coverage, etc.
Adhere and enforce MBCI processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous Leadership Role Experience a must or equivalent to.
- Ability to work with little direction
- Works well unsupervised
- Interpersonal Savvy
- Intermediate Math Skills
- Intermediate computer skills and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.)
- Ability to Problem Solve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency and drive is a Must
- Driven for Career Advancement
