As a Receiving Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our inventory. Your responsibilities will include:
· Accepting shipments from various carriers.
· Accurately receiving incoming packages.
· Verifying the quality and quantity of received items.
Additionally, you'll assist with organizing and storing products in designated areas, ensuring efficient operations within our Warehouse.

- Accept shipments from Federal Express, UPS, Distributors, and Freight Lines.
- Accurately receive incoming packages and shipments from outside sources.
- Verifies quality and quantity and accurately receives food and beverage, retail and general supplies.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items according to policy, records shortages, and notifies manager or other designated person.
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of landing, invoices, purchase orders, or other records.
- Accurately receive the product into warehouse software and forward appropriate paperwork.
- Organize, stage, label and put away product as needed for stock and direct orders.
- Assist with stock locations and database maintenance.
- Assists in other areas of the departments as needed and performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, supervisors and managers.
- Maintains a safe work environment according to all department procedures federal and state regulations
- Enforce resort standards, policies, and procedures as necessary.
- One year receiving experience
- Entry-level computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Previous hotel/resort experience beneficial
- Demonstrate quality interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
- Perform simple math calculations
- Communicate verbally with staff members and/or customers.
- Retrieve, read and interpret information from technical sources
- Valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's motor vehicle operating standards.
- Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
