SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 3:30PM)

JOB DUTIES:
As the Forklift Receiving Clerkyou will support the fabrication team by loading and unloading materials for fabrication or delivery. You'll need to be able to choose the correct forklift for the job, lifts range 3,000 lbs. - 15,000 lbs. This role will also assist with organizing delivered materials and receiving them for the shipping and warehouse yard.
Regular responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Act as customer service liaison for will-call orders
- Unload raw materials from delivery trucks
- Place material in designated areas for manufacturing and notify production staff of the arrival of materials.
- Sort manufactured material into designated areas by job.
- Keep warehouse and yard clean and organized.
- Maintain clear access to designated areas or walkways.
- Load material / equipment scan shipping documents for shipping receipts.
- Package material for shipment.
- Assist other shipping personnel as needed with loading outbound deliveries.
- Provide quality control to verify received load or order completeness by using order pick list.
- Additional general maintenance duties as time allows to maintain a clean and professional work environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- 1+ year of recent Warehouse or Shipping and Receiving experience
- Ability to confidently operate multiple Forklift lifts (3,000 lbs. - +15,000 lbs.)
- Ability to pass DOT physical
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurance requirements
- General familiarity and comfort with computer applications (MS Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively with shop and field personnel
- Ability and commitment to follow all applicable safety requirements
- Must be able to lift 35 lb on a daily basis
- Must be able to spend 90% of the work day standing or walking
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong, team-oriented interpersonal skills
- High School diploma or GED
