As part of GroundWork’s (GR) growth strategy, we are seeking a Receiving and Inventory Clerk.

Location

North Hollywood, CA

Minimum Qualifications:

• Forklift Operation
• Basic Math Skills
• Ability to operate a laptop computer
• Ability to operate in Windows OS
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to think logically and use problem solving skills
• Good attendance and work ethic
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

List of responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving, checking, and storing parts
• Computer entries and process various documents related to Receiving and Inventory controls
• Review "Expected By" dates for Purchase Orders, alert Procurement if/when those dates are behind schedule
• Support Monthly Cycle Count: including but not limited to performing physical count, work closely with Inventory Management to reconcile discrepancies, input Cycle Count quantities for End of Month report
• Maintain organized inventory floor and shelving
• Perform daily walkthroughs to alert Procurement of shortages or low stock
• Some heavy lifting – up to 80 lbs.
