Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay rate: $23 to $25 hourly
What You'll Do:
- New Business Site Inspections: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of potential properties, assessing their viability and alignment with our portfolio.
- Sales Research: Dive deep into market trends, identifying opportunities that match our strategic goals.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals: Craft compelling proposals that highlight BFPM's unique value proposition in the property management landscape.
- New Property Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to assess the profitability and sustainability of new properties.
- Rent Comparison Reports: Develop detailed reports comparing our properties' rent with the market to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed or assigned.
Requirements

- Reliable transportation
- Completed a 4-year Bachelor's Degree course
