Job Purpose:
Work with altafiber's Real Estate and Facilities Team to create and populate a filing system for easement documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
Learning Opportunity:
Participate in conversations with commercial Real Estate brokers, network professionals and attorneys related to new leases, lease renewals, facility purchases and sales, facility / tenant improvements and client moves. We are currently working several opportunities.
Experience/Background:
Pursuing 4 year bachelor's degree with focus in Real Estate.
Finance experience, double major or minor a plus

Job Purpose:
Work with altafiber's Real Estate and Facilities Team to create and populate a filing system for easement documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Scan, convert, and organize paper copies of easement documents into digital files, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Create an efficient and accessible digital archive for easy retrieval of easement documents.
- Reorganize the physical storage space for easement documents, implementing a more efficient filing and retrieval system, and labeling and categorizing physical documents.
