REAL ESTATE SKIP TRACING

Duties:

attempt to locate property owners on vacant homes.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to make 10-15 calls a day to owners as well as send emails and texts.
• Enter all relevant notes pertaining to each property.

Qualifications:

• Must have exceptional verbal communication skills and phone skills (friendly)
• Exceptional in long term relationship building
• Results/goals orientated
• Financially driven with a motive to earn
• Good communication skills
• Natural sales ability
• Hard work ethic

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
