Real Estate Showing Person: Dayton, Oh

We are a nationwide Real Estate investing company that needs reliable, boots-on-ground teammates who have open, flexible schedules and are available to drive to properties within a 24 hour notice.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with our team to get a day/time and address of each walkthrough appointment
• Meeting the seller, property manager, or tenant at the property
• Taking high quality photos (from your mobile phone) of the property
• Taking a video walkthrough of the property
• Sending the photos/videos to our team via iMessage or Google Drive

Separately, sometimes we will need to access more than once. In secondary walkthroughs, you'd be responsible for walking prospective partners/contractors/teammates through the property.

Requirements:

• Own a car
• Own a phone with a high quality camera (e.g. iPhone)
• Near-instant responsiveness when we contact you to confirm a property tour
• A Real Estate license is NOT required

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 8 per week

• No experience needed

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed
