Our growing business is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with a 10 am-6 pm shift, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with Trip ETA's, Ride Bookings and Client Issues
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
- Communicate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to help others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service software and databases is a plus
