Customer Service/Scheduler

Our growing business is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position with a 10 am-6 pm shift, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with Trip ETA's, Ride Bookings and Client Issues
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
• Communicate with other departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to help others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer service software and databases is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
