We’re seeking a self-driven, competitive, and high energy sales person. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a quick learner, and are willing to do what’s required, then we may be a good fit. As a Sales Person for our Real Estate company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful sale of acquired properties. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize profits, managing relationships with buyers, and coordinating the sales process from contract to closing.
Duties:
- Make outgoing calls to existing and potential investors
- Continuously adding new cash buyers to our buyer's list every week
- Cultivate relationships with potential buyers, investors, and Real Estate professionals.
- Ensure a consistent and efficient sales pipeline
- Utilize company CRM, tools, training,and resources
- Conduct property valuations and market analyses to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Negotiating with investors/potential buyers and evaluating offers/count offers
- Managing the disposition process from beginning to end or until the deal closes
- Communicate with the Acquisitions Manager on any deals that may need to be re-negotiated or terminated
- Oversee the due diligence process, coordinating with the transaction coordinator
Qualifications:
- Must have a laptop and two monitors
- Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills
