Compensation:$100,000+ (Commission/effort based)
Responsibilities:- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- 11-week course completion is mandatory and crucial to your success
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Self-motivation and drive
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or in the process of getting one
