Real Estate Coaching Services (RECS)

  • Generates its own extremely high DPL commercial real estate investing coaching leads. 
  • Using a cloud based dialer software, our existing team of work from home tele-sales professionals convert those leads into commercial Coaching Sales.
  • Fulfills those Coaching Sales with the best commercial real estate investing coaching that exists.

  • RECS generates its own leads in-house from highly sustainable sources and has been doing so for many years. The lead flow pattern is not "feast or famine", but instead, it's a constant flow that has steadily grown in volume over the years. Our sales people have plenty of very good leads to dial and the influx of new leads continue week after week, month after month, year after year.
  • Dialing from home saves tremendous amounts of time by avoiding the commute to a Sales Floor each day and allows for making one's own schedule to maximize productivity.
  • Due to our very low overhead, we are able to provide an extremely aggressive commission structure so our sales people are getting paid what they are worth and are not capped or limited to what they can earn.
  • We believe fast pay makes for good friends so if a sale finalizes by Sunday, you are paid on the following Friday.

The Catch

You must be really, really good at selling real estate coaching programs over the phone.

We are only looking for one new person to add to our already all star team of sales people. Our existing team is mostly comprised of ex-Sales Floor owners, closers and team leads who already had an enormous amount of experience selling coaching programs over the phone but were looking for a consistently great lead with first class fulfillment and didn't want the hassles of running a floor; they just wanted to focus on what they did best, which was selling. 

So to make it on this team, you have to really have your $#!+ together.

Requirements

  • Experience successfully setting and closing sophisticated clientele (people who have money) on coaching/mentoring programs. 
  • Experience successfully setting and closing leads NOT generated from seminars (We don't create leads from the volatile and inconsistent seminar model).
  • A personal requirement to be making big money in life is a plus. (Those that want to barely eek by financially need not apply).
  • Highest level of integrity in your communications.
  • Always represent RECS in a professional, ethical manner. No beating down leads into submission! We have a great reputation and plan to keep it that way. 
  • Adhere to our best practices and approved sales techniques and processes.
  • Possess strong oral & written communication and listening skills
  • Dependability, consistency and a strong work ethic (working from home isn't for everyone and it takes discipline to consistently produce results with all the inevitable distractions)
  • Must be a self-starter, able to stay on task with no need for constant oversight (we're not going to babysit you...we're looking for first class professionals who thrive when left alone to work and produce results)
  • Ability to meet weekly dialing quotas and sales goals.
  • Customer success focused by using an exploratory, consultative sales approach to determine the best products and services to fit the customer's needs.
  • Positive attitude and passion for seeing others succeed.
  • Basic computer skills.
