Responsibilities:- Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
- Complete Real Estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Business-to-business networking
- Assist Team Lead with listings from contract to close
- Utilize team's top-notch marketing materials on listing presentations
- Follow up with listing inquiries
- Business Networking to bring in leads
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
- Research Real Estate market conditions to determine the best list price for the seller
- Nurture leads brought in by the team
- Leverage the processes and systems of the team to minimize paperwork and maximize the time you spend generating income
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
- Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- At least one year of work experience in Real Estate Sales
