Real Estate Sales Buyers Agent - Salaried

ReMax is looking for experienced an Real Estate agent to become more than just your average Real Estate agent but rather a trusted Real Estate team member. As a salaried-based or commission-based agent, you control your business and your earnings potential, but have the opportunity for exponential growth and access to learning opportunities to take your career to the next level. Compensation:$75,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:At ReMax, we guarantee:
- A salaried-based or commission-based income above $75,000
- Supportive team offerings through accounts & tools
- Flexible schedule
- Free daily/weekly coaching from our Team Leader
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Self-determined schedule
- Weekend availability
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
Requirements to join us:
- Real Estate License (Required)
- Drive to grow your business
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide luxury service to all clients no matter the price point
- Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
