Your Duties as a Real Estate Sales Agent:
- Maintain contact with clients to boost sales.
- Cultivate meaningful connections with clients to bring in more sales opportunities.
- Meet potential buyers and sellers to understand their home preferences, then show them properties that match their criteria.
- Host engaging open houses to showcase our listings.
- Oversee the entire process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and swift transactions.
- Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Be a local expert – know the community and market inside out, confidently answering questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.
Requirements for this role:
- Prior sales experience is a plus.

- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills.
- A valid Real Estate License is required.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
