Leads are provided for free and can help grow your business for future sphere clients and referrals! You have the opportunity to meet 15+ clients per month and access our database of 55,000+ leads! There is no maximum number of leads that you can have per month, it is up to you on how much you want to grow your career.
Hands-on Training and Mentorship are huge when it comes to growing your Real Estate career and the market is always changing! Our Owners and Leadership Team are available for questions in real-time. You learn by asking questions and the obstacles that come up as you go along. You also have a great team behind you that is beyond supportive and will help you along the way. You will learn not only through your own experiences but also through your peers. As we said, culture is huge! We encourage our Agents to collaborate over the use of our systems and successes.
We have consistent training opportunities for you to engage in and have access to. Systems that help our Agents stay organized and maximize your efficiency!

So many areas are available to choose from! We're looking for agents in Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago & Brown County. Additionally, we have a secondary office in Brookfield, WI, and looking for Agents in the surrounding counties!
Earning potential is up to You! We help you set your income goals and then develop an action plan to get you there.
