Weekends, evening hours, and a large amount of local travel are required for this position.

Full-time status is required.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

  • Make sure buyer's clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Establish connections, build, and maintain rapport with buyer and seller leads
  • Educate customers and clients through the home-buying and/or selling process
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Host open houses and go on showings with prospective buyers
  • Learn first-hand experience by working through transactions with your assigned mentor
  • Conduct buyer consultations to inform buyers about the home buying process
  • Utilize various sales scripts and techniques to guide customers/clients toward a sale
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for transactions in a timely manner
  • Follow and complete weekly accountability tracking measures
  • Attend weekly sales training, role-play sessions, and coaching sessions
  • Maintain our 100% communication guarantee
  • Strive to complete 24 closings or more annually

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Experience with the local Real Estate market and general trends
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License OR be willing to obtain it in a timely fashion (Stark Company Realtors pays for half of your licensing course through the WRA)
  • Display a people-oriented and customer-focused attitude
  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Must be consistent, optimistic, resilient, and a team-player
  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Display a willingness to continuously learn new scripts, systems, and technologies
  • Must reside in or around the Madison/Sun Prairie area
  • Willingness to have fun while working!
