It is apparent to me that it is time to leverage my already successful single-agent model into a group of Real Estate Professionals to exponentially grow our collective Real Estate business potential. As an individual agent over the last 12+ years, I have been State and Nationally recognized as a top-producing individual with RE/MAX.
My goal is to gather interested and motivated Texas-licensed Real Estate Agents who are ready to excel with proven processes and systems already in place. Bluntly, I am looking for TALENT that is not currently being utilized to their potential. My name is Charlie Russo, and I am a Broker Associate with RE/MAX Signature specializing in the listing and purchase process for both residential and commercial Real Estate.
This opportunity is ideal for talented individuals who are yet to reach their full potential and are eager to thrive using established processes and systems. The candidates who are organized, committed to exceptional customer service, and adept in assisting buyers with all aspects of the home buying process should apply.
Responsibilities
• Generate clientele through various methods including in and outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and marketing campaigns
• Stay informed about market trends through comprehensive research
• Guide buyers from initial contract to closing, including property showings and contract negotiation
• Collaborate with provided administrative staff to ensure continuous high customer satisfaction
• Regularly host open houses and manage property viewings
• Proficient in contract writing, negotiation, and computer skills (including Microsoft, Google, and CRM software)
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment
Qualifications
• Quick learner with a strong ability to adapt to new programs and technologies
• Self-motivated, professional, and prepared to work non-standard hours including evenings and weekends
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Technology driven
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Great communication and social skills
