Responsibilities:- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
- Prospect for Buyers and Sellers
- Convert incoming leads
- Set and hold Buyer and Seller Consulting Appointments
- Analyze the Buyer’s and Seller’s needs and goals
- Provide Housing and Community Information Research
- Preview and show homes
- Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- An established track record of successful Real Estate Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sufficient knowledge of the local Real Estate market and recent trends in the industry
- Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or Real Estate experience preferred
- Real Estate License (If you do not have your license yet, you may still apply. Must be able to complete a licensing course.)
- Some understanding of CRMs
- High level of social skills, our business is people-based and will require much interaction with other people
