Real Estate Runner

Matt Curtis Real Estate is looking for a highly organized, go-getter for the role of Part-Time Runner. You will help the MC Agent and Admin teams with sign & lockbox installation and other operations of the buying and selling process. You will be out and about in our community and should be maintaining the MC culture and 5-Star Service for our current and future clients. You should enjoy working outside and driving. You must have a clean driving record- no accidents or tickets within the last 3 years.

Some of the tasks required for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Install/Remove For Sale signs & lockboxes for listings
• Install/Remove “Buyer Sold Signs”
• Run daily misc errands for the office
• Organize and clean sign room
• Manage inventory of signs
• Clean and repair Signs
• Input listing information in Company Software System
• Manage van and company car maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent driving record
• Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent organization and a go-getter attitude
• Strong Empathy for MC clients
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to drive and maintain a company van
• Ability to follow a task list and to follow up on additional needs of the team
• Excellent communication skills - both within the team and with clients

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
