Job Announcement
The City of Chandler Public Works & Utilities Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Real Estate Program Coordinator (Full-Time, Temporary). This position serves at the discretion of the department director. The position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Who we are
The Capital Improvements Division of the Public Works & Utilities Department is responsible for the management and coordination of the orderly design and construction of the City's capital infrastructure in the Capital Improvement Program, including procurement of professional services, design, Real Estate acquisitions, construction and construction management for transportation, utilities, public buildings, community services and other general government improvements.

Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone to perform professional Real Estate transactions and other Real Estate related duties for city-wide needs in the development of capital and non-capital projects.

Minimum qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or related field; and
• 4 years of experience in acquisition of land for public works projects and large capital projects for a government agency; and
• A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Desired qualifications
• Senior Right of Way Certification from the International Right of Way Association.
• Survey experience
The City of Chandler will conduct a pre-employment driving record check as a condition of employment. An offer of employment is contingent upon acceptable results. All applicants hired will be required to be fingerprinted with successful results as a condition of continued employment.
