An established Private EquityReal Estate family office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst/Intern.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated interest in Real Estate through prior work experience or relevant coursework.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential Real Estate investment opportunities.
• Assist in developing financial models and perform due diligence to assess potential investments.
• Support the team in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the value of each property. Participating in asset management activities, including property performance analysis and reporting.
• Help manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and property managers.
• Support the Real Estate investment team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
• Report directly to the CEO
