We're looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to support the Team Leader. The role encompasses administrative support, client-facing calls, and managing personal tasks including running errands and assisting with marketing tasks. The ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, excellent on the phone, a team player who jumps in where needed. The right person for this role is comfortable with CRM technology. Responsibilities
• Schedule and confirm appointments via Google Calendar
• Prepare materials for daily appointments
• Coordinate, prepare, and assist with marketing on Google Business Profile
• Communicate and provide updates to Social Media Manager
• Prepare and distribute open-house marketing materials
• Data entry, maintenance of electronic and paper filing systems
• Update and verify information using multiple client databases
• Arrange and host social/community events for the team and clients
• Prepare client reports for mailing
• Assist with personal tasks for the Team Leader
• Run errands for the Team Leader and Listing Coordinator
• Performing other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Capacity to work in database technologies
• Great written and verbal skills
• Personal vehicle to run errands
• Previous experience in the Real Estate industry (preferred, not required)
