Front Desk Attendant

If you’ve got a background in golf-specific fitness training, a passion for golf, and an outgoing personality you are an ideal candidate for a position at our Hit It Great® Training Center in Jupiter, FL.

We are looking for a part time (hourly) Front Desk Attendant to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and motivated person with an outgoing personality who loves helping people. And, if you happen to like golf, working with our talented team of golf fitness coaches and teachers will be a blast.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The key function of this position is to help support the smooth running of our 10,000 sq ft facility. There will be some project work at times when we are not busy, but the primary responsibilities are:

• Greeting prospective customers and offering facility tours
• Answering phones and email
• Scheduling golf lessons and fitness training sessions
• Processing payments
• Assist in maintaining clean and presentable facility
• Inventorying merchandise and supplies
• Local errands (mileage reimbursed)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate should be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with strong team player skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mail, etc.). QuickBooks is a plus.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Rotating weekends
