Job Description

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for supporting office operations in the local branch office. The ideal candidate will have a strong service background, attention to detail, a high understanding of technology, amazing organizational skills, and a willingness to be part of a team. Job duties will include but are not limited to Front office reception, administrative support, technology, Company system support, and other administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Previous office experience is required.

Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Answers, screens, and directs incoming telephone calls. Responds to general inquiries and provides information as needed, while maintaining the confidentiality of Sales, Marketing, Client, and proprietary information and data in all communications
  • Support the Managing Broker and Office Manager with administrative tasks as requested.
  • Assists the team with general administrative support
  • Maintains and updates relevant databases
  • Learn and support all company-provided web-based technology solutions for agents and help train agents on these solutions
  • Keeps inventory of supplies and orders supplies when needed
  • Manage Business Service needs. Ensuring copy machines and other equipment are in good operating condition
  • Keep lobby, conference rooms, and other office areas looking organized, professional, and well-maintained, and coordinate janitorial or property manager support as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations
  • Real Estate / Escrow background is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working on computer and computer applications with advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
