We are looking for a Part-Time multi-talented and dynamic Real Estate Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing materials, including content to promote our Team and brokerage. Your creative flair and excellent communication skills will play an important role in driving our brokerage's success in the competitive Real Estate market. Compensation:$15 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.
- Create compelling written content, including but not limited to posts, captions, and articles for various social media channels.
- Design visually appealing and impactful graphics, images, and other multimedia elements for social media posts and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement automated drip campaigns for clients, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to company messaging and tone across all marketing materials.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Extensive high-quality digital content creation for use in social media, printed material design, and web design is a plus.
- Experience with photo editing (Video editing a plus) using multiple tools including but not required Canva, Photoshop, and other Adobe products.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and witty content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- ***Must physically work most hours in office*** located in 76015 during weekday hours to open office in morning and/or close office doors at end of business day
