- Build and maintain the national and campus marketing teams.
- Increase brand awareness, website visits, and social media followers.
- Drive student prospects for all campuses.
- Contribute to maximizing student enrollment.
- Leadership of the campus team, facilities, equipment, student experience, and student enrollment.
- Establish and continuously improve a successful local marketing strategy to optimize student recruitment in a 500-mile radius of campus.
- Identify and test new digital platforms and tools.
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor site traffic and consumer behavior.
- PPC and retargeting ad campaign management.
- Social media account management.
- Create and/or manage production of Marketing content appropriate for each channel including video, short-form video, photos, blogs, press releases, flyers, exhibiting displays, and other enrollment support collateral.
- Contact list and email marketing management.
- Support live marketing events as needed.
- 5+ years in leading a national marketing team and/or division including the management of national campaigns, budgets, personnel, strategic direction, building teams that assumed responsibility and accountability for achieving both the mission and marketing objectives of the organization.
- 5+ years’ experience in a learning and development environment focused on commercializing training programs.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in growth companies, startups, or unstructured environment in which new systems, processes, and results need to be achieved.
- Experience and aptitude in developing B2C marketing strategies targeted at Gen Z and transitioning military.
- Ability to understand the needs, wants, and perceptions of Generation Z.
- Excellent communication (oral and written).
- Experience working in or with non-profit, education, construction or industrial organizations is preferred.
- Candidates based in Greater Vancouver, Washington or Portland, Oregon market.
- Hybrid schedule at ITI HQ (located in Woodland, WA)
Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, credentials, and education. In addition to pay, this position is eligible for benefits including healthcare, 401(k) (up to 10% company-match), PTO.
