BHHS Carolinas Companies is looking for an experienced professional to take the lead within our team of high-achieving Real Estate professionals across North Carolina. As the Managing Broker, you'll be responsible for guiding and educating brokers on their sales strategies, as well as for drawing in top talent to expand our team. We also expect you to work with our mortgage and insurance specialists to provide our customers with a comprehensive package. Responsibilities:

  • Take an active role in coaching and mentoring sales associates to achieve their career goals
  • Identify sales associates who would be a great fit for the organization and attract them to the company
  • Lead office staff and oversee daily brokerage office operations
  • Partner with in-house mortgage, title insurance, and property and casualty insurance consultants to provide a full-service experience to clients
  • Stay up to date on the market, trends, skills, technology, and related sales skills
  • Lead consistent sales meetings and bring valuable content to sales associates
  • Actively participate in community activities, industry-related boards, and professional associations
  • Perform other related duties of a comparable type as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License
  • 5+ years of Real Estate experience
  • Extensive experience in handling Real Estate transactions; knowledge of legal obligations of Realtors under state and federal laws, Department of Commerce Rules & Regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
