Summer English Instructor - Upward Bound

Position Summary

Monroe County Community College’s Upward Bound Program has a part-time summer English Instructor position available. Provides supplemental English instruction to rising 9th graders to seniors.

Essential Job Functions

Employment dates June 17 to July 26; Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm in the classroom and Fridays for field trips or online activity.

Requirements

Qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree with valid Michigan Teaching Certificate and proper endorsements; or Master’s degree in applicable subject. Teaching experience preferred.
