Qualifications
Bilingual Only, Spanish and English speaking.
Education/Certification: High School Diploma (minimum), Some College (Preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years in Customer Service or Financial Services.
Responsibilities/Skills/Abilities:
- * Main Responsibility is to Assist the Team Leader, Realtor, Clients with the following and more than anything have a GREAT ATTITUDE.
- Review client documentation for any missing information that will be needed for their loan application.
- Ensure that the loan officer received the necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Assist Loan Officer with requests needed to complete and process loan application.
- Follow up with clients to clarify important details throughout the loan process and keep track of where the client is within the loan process.
- Maintain all paperwork up to date for existing and new clients.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with internal & external contacts.
- Maintain accurate Loan Concierge reports which include Max PITI for Pre-Qualified and Pre-Approved Clients, Important Dates Calendar and Tracking Report for Clients under contract.
- You must have efficient time management, communication, organizational skills, and attention to details.
- Ability to Multi-Task.
- Must be a great team player.
- Enjoys talking and helping customers.
- Takes great direction.
- Be an efficient communicator with Realtors, Clients, and Business Associates, like Mortgage and Title Companies.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Docu Sign, Google Mail, etc.)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday's 11:00am - 5:00pm (Can Vary depending on Volume of Clients)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
