We will build upon your existing skillset in marketing Real Estate to upskill and become more effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property assessments and provide expert guidance on preparing homes for listing and showings.
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to effectively promote properties, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels.
• Craft captivating property descriptions, highlight key features, and develop visually appealing marketing materials.
• Implement targeted advertising campaigns, leveraging social media platforms, online listings, and other relevant channels.
• Utilize your understanding of the local market to determine competitive pricing strategies and maximize listing potential.
• Collaborate with our team of Real Estate agents and brokers to ensure seamless coordination and a consistent brand image.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Real Estate license or in process of obtaining one
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Listing/Marketing Consultant or in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the Real Estate industry, including market trends, best practices, and advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, agents, and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in creating engaging written and visual content for marketing purposes.
• Strong analytical skills to assess property value, market demand, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
