Position:Front Counter/ Customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding Customer Service.
- Assist customers with equipment and parts, rentals, and service intake.
- Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit payment methods.
- Inventory management and cleanliness of showroom area.
- Contribute to a team effort and accomplish team objectives.
Requires:
- 2+ years previous Customer Service and or parts experience experience.
- Knowledge of Outdoor Power Equipment major brands (Sthil, Echo)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills, experience with IDEAL software a plus.
- Willingness to continually learn and develop skills and product knowledge.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds periodically throughout a physically rigorous workday.
Salary:
- $16-20/hour, based on level of experience.
