Position:Front Counter/ Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding Customer Service.
• Assist customers with equipment and parts, rentals, and service intake.
• Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit payment methods.
• Inventory management and cleanliness of showroom area.
• Contribute to a team effort and accomplish team objectives.

Requires:

• 2+ years previous Customer Service and or parts experience experience.
• Knowledge of Outdoor Power Equipment major brands (Sthil, Echo)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer skills, experience with IDEAL software a plus.
• Willingness to continually learn and develop skills and product knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Must be willing to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds periodically throughout a physically rigorous workday.

Salary:

• $16-20/hour, based on level of experience.
