SalaryWe are seeking a talented Real Estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our Real Estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A Real Estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Compensation:$85,000 - $130,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Prepare letters of intent, Real Estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of Real Estate transactions
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Lead follow up

- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
