Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone through consistent sales efforts
- Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified Real Estate leads
- Manage CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building and requires a minimum of 100 calls per day
- Report activity and results on a daily basis
- Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching to succeed in this role
