Real Estate Inside Sales

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients via phone, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone through consistent sales efforts
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified Real Estate leads
• Manage CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
• This position is 100% database conversion/appointment setting/relationship building and requires a minimum of 100 calls per day
• Report activity and results on a daily basis
• Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. You must be a growth-oriented person open to new ideas and coaching to succeed in this role

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales or a business development role that involves cold calling
• Familiarity with the Real Estate industry
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Proficient in using CRM tools for managing customer relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
