THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a File Clerk to manage the paperwork for the land acquisition silo of Oso Negro Capital. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage multiple tasks at a maximum performance level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Legal document review
- Filing
- Mailings
- Working with clients via phone and email.
- We'd prefer someone with excellent communication skills both written and spoken and is comfortable with Google Docs and Sheets.
- REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of administrative experience experience.
- Legal Document preparation and review
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Deeds, Title commitments, and other documents pertaining to the purchase and sale of land.
- Advanced customer service skills to diplomatically communicate with tenants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
