We are seeking an experienced and passionate Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our team at Golden Equity Investments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with clients to maximize returns and manage transactions through uncertainty. The Disposition Manager will be responsible for strategically managing the entire disposition process while analyzing data, making decisions, and guiding investment decisions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be an analytical thinker, and be able to understand and solve complex Real Estate issues. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful team in a remote role.
Sales experience is a must. Real Estate experience is a plus.
90-Day reimbursed draw to get started. Compensation then becomes FULL COMMISSION. Bonuses and revenue shares included.
Compensation:$35,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies and processes to maximize returns on Real Estate investments.
- Negotiate with potential investors and buyers to secure the best deal and maximize profits.
- Maintain regular communication and updates with clients, investors, and team members.
- Monitor and assess the market trends and competitive environment to ensure the best pricing and terms.
- Proven experience in a Real Estate role of at least 1 year.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Real Estate market and the disposition process.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Real Estate software, and CRM systems.
