Medical Front/Back Office Assistant

Our busy and professional medical office is seeking a Front/Back Office Assistant

Responsibilities include:

• Take patient vitals
• Create and update medical records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Assist with precertification and prior authorization process
• Ensure patients rooms are stocked and cleaned between patients
• Organize office and assist team members
• Return patient calls
• Schedule appointments
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure compliance with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with vendors, patients and other team members
• Perform receptionist duties and welcome all patients with a smile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
