Shop Foreman.

Highway Construction Company based in metro Atlanta with over 30 years in the field is looking for a Shop Foreman to join our team in Lilburn, GA. This position will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance is completed, and maintaining service records.

Inspect vehicles, diagnose mechanical or electrical issues, and recommend necessary repairs.
Perform routine maintenance on vehicle engines, transmission, electrical, and suspension.
Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Work on small equipment - concrete mixers, air compressors, chop saws, etc.
Maintain logs of vehicle maintenance performed.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
Previous experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently to complete tasks required.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
