SalaryPart-time position; Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 10-3. The ideal candidate should possess the skills and experience required to perform this job. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join Realty ONE Group Supreme in our Doylestown, PA location. You may be required to work in the Quakertown office as needed. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our office operates in compliance with all Real Estate regulations and licensing requirements. Compensation:$22 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Compliance: Responsible for maintaining all necessary paperwork and documentation for adherence with the Real Estate Commission as well as the Brokerage requirements for all Real Estate transactions to ensure a high level of compliance management
- MLS Management: Maintain our subscriptions for all Multiple List Service accounts to ensure uninterrupted service
- License Management: Notify agents of upcoming continuing education and license renewal requirements
- Miscellaneous: Answer phones on a limited basis, prepare for in-office settlements, office supply maintenance
- Minimum of two years in a field that required the ability to work independently and thoughtfully
- Prefer a controlled and deliberate environment
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Real Estate, Insurance, or accounting background a plus but not required
- Strong understanding of spreadsheet input and analysis
