Job Overview - Real Estate Accountant
Join our client's expanding team as a Property Accountant, playing a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 + bonus
Location: Philadelphia County, PA - Hybrid Work Environment
Responsibilities as the Real Estate Accountant include:

• Handle day-to-day general accounting tasks for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage treasury-related activities such as lender/investor reporting and participate in deal closings as needed.
• Support operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
• Maintain thorough documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Work closely with Accounting Managers, VP of Finance, and other team members to support the company's growth initiatives.

Qualifications of the Real Estate Accountant include:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on Real Estate or property accounting preferred.
• Experience with RealPage software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
