We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Real Estate Broker to join our team in providing exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings and guiding buyers and sellers through the Real Estate process. • Build relationships with clients and provide guidance throughout the buying and selling process
• Market and advertise properties through various channels
• Assist clients in determining the right price and terms for their property transactions
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
• Coordinate and attend open houses, showings, and property tours

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of successful sales in the Real Estate industry
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and Real Estate software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
