Position Overview:
  • This is a full time position for a Real Estate Salesperson or broker working in the Seattle area and surround in Washington.
  • Interested applicants must have full-time experience selling residential Real Estate in the area, have intimate knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas, be prepared to work the necessary hours assisting the management team in building the candidate a professional Real Estate team that they would be in charge of and exhibit a high level of drive to succeed.
  • The most important component  of this position is the fact the candidate will receive Real Estate leads/referrals right out of the gate ( enough to obtain the advertised salary and more ) and go up from there. 

Flux Real Estate is an established, boutique brokerage built on the foundation of only bringing on agents/brokers when there is a need to assist buyers/seller or both who are exclusive, pre-approved and expecting your call.  Conversion rates are some of the best in the industry.  These referrals are from some of the top referral partners in the industry and costs nothing out of your pocket.  The additional benefits include having a team of agents being built while your individual business is  growing exponentially - the leads/referrals continue to increase because more referral partners are introduce as well as the amount of leads from each partner grow.    You can still work your current/past clients/personal sphere of influence, as long as all clients are treated the same.
The recommended profile for this job looks like:
  • Live in or close to the King/Snohomish/Pierce County areas and know the area well.
  • Have had your Real Estate license for at least several years and have sold at least 12 or more homes - ideally 24 closed transactions in 2 years
  • Be a self starter who knows how to speak to clients without a script,  whether internet leads or referrals leads.
  • Is the type of person that wants to build you business not just punch in at a time clock
  • Is a team player and wants to increase their income to levels that they did not expect/was stuck in your Real Estate career with a broker that would not or could not help you make a great income for your family
  • Wants a work/life balance but understands when to work hard and play hard
  • Is tired of chasing the next leads all the time who tell you "No" and tired of being "just another" agent or broker because your broker does not allow your creative side to shine or listen to you.

Keep in mind leads will be given to you right away, so an agents transition is easy but keep in mind "you have to" transfer to our brokerage - so please do not ask.  The job/position ramp up time is quick and additional leads from additional sources would be quick as well.
