Looking for a Real Estate Assistant/ Social Media Super Star to assist a busy Business and Commercial Broker. Real Estate background or licensee is preferred.
This job entails assisting with Social Media tasks creating posts, content and videos including all platforms Facebook, Linked In, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and websites. In this position you will also be generating leads and referrals through prospecting on soft cold calls to Business Owners and potential clients to book listing appointments. You will also be handling files, incoming phone calls and transaction coordinator. Candidate should communicate well, both verbally and written, demonstrate a high level of initiative, excellent judgment, and pride in their work . Must have a positive and strong personality, be proactive and have great follow up skills. You will be responsible to manage all inbound leads. Candidate should also be creative, offer exemplary customer service, and strong communication skills.
Attention to detail, and consistent communication is a must.
Requirements of the Real Estate Assistant:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Google calendar, and various Google platforms, excel spreadsheets.
- Must be proficient in Social Media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Uploading Videos to You Tube, and Instagram etc
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and impeccable eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with little direction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
