We are seeking a highly experienced Broker Admin Assistant for a busy real estate company located in Reno, NV who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in real estate or administrative role highly preferred. MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Suite. Applicants must have their own transportation, be reliable, professional, extremely organized, ability to multi-task under pressure with great attention to detail, have a positive attitude. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK.
Essential job functions:
- Screen phone calls, voicemails, emails, documents then compile information, research information, word processing, scanning while prioritizing and updating supervisor.
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems and document management.
- Manage workflow and provide support.
- Perform additional assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must enjoy working with people and supporting a diverse range of personalities.
- Must be proficient in Grammar.
