Job description
Our ideal candidate:
- Can professionally answer phones and assist customers with questions.
- Set appointments for our sales team.
- Will need to utilize knowledge of Las Vegas crossroads to maximize the number of appointments we can schedule in a day.
- Able to create and maintain good customer relationships.
- Answering customer's questions with professional and polite demeanor.
- Is familiar with Google Calendar, Data Entry and writing professional emails.
- Is organized, has reliable transportation and is a dependable person.
- Willing to take on additional tasks and perform with a great attitude.
- Customer Service experience within the construction industry is a plus but not required.
- Available to work full time Monday - Friday, typical hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with the possibility of overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
