Customer Service & Scheduling Assistant

Job description

Our ideal candidate:

• Can professionally answer phones and assist customers with questions.
• Set appointments for our sales team.
• Will need to utilize knowledge of Las Vegas crossroads to maximize the number of appointments we can schedule in a day.
• Able to create and maintain good customer relationships.
• Answering customer's questions with professional and polite demeanor.
• Is familiar with Google Calendar, Data Entry and writing professional emails.
• Is organized, has reliable transportation and is a dependable person.
• Willing to take on additional tasks and perform with a great attitude.
• Customer Service experience within the construction industry is a plus but not required.
• Available to work full time Monday - Friday, typical hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with the possibility of overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
