Real Estate Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual t to join our team. As an Intern you will learn the ins and out of Real Estate, play a crucial role in analyzing property data, conducting market research, and providing valuable insights to support our Real Estate operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for Real Estate and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze property data to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing property documents and conducting property inspections. Support to site visits, vendors.
- Monitor Real Estate market conditions and provide regular reports on industry trends
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation related to Real Estate transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the Real Estate team as needed. Provide support to social media platforms, knowledge of video editing and recordings, social media community manager skills.

Requirements:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in property management or Real Estate analysis
- Multilingual abilities

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
